Strategic foresight for leaders

The future rarely moves in a straight line. Like a river, it branches, bends and reshapes the landscape.

I help organizations understand the forces of change, the risks and opportunities, and the tipping points that can alter their course. Together, we develop strategies that turn these insights into action.

Future-prepared firms are more profitable and grow faster. I measured it across 700+ companies. Read the study ↗

Finding pathways in complexity

I am Professor of Strategy at EDHEC Business School, where I direct the Chair for Foresight, Innovation and Transformation and the Centre for Net Positive Business. I hold the UNESCO Chair on Organizational Anticipation, Resilient Leadership and Educational Innovation and serve on the advisory board of the World Economic Forum's Global Foresight Network.

For more than twenty years I have worked with global companies, governments and start-ups on the tools and mindsets needed to anticipate change and act on it. I combine academic rigour with practical insight, and I never lose sight of what is at stake: the next generation, the environment and the societies we are building together.

The purpose behind all of it is simple. I want to help organizations move beyond resilience, toward futures that are net positive.
